• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Each user may create only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• The user must provide a valid mobile number and email address.
• If required, the user must participate in the identity verification (KYC) process — a copy of a national ID card or passport may need to be submitted.
• 09bbt reserves the right to reject any application without giving a reason.

Once the registration process is complete, the user will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bbt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Playing games or placing bets in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Introducing hacking, viruses or harmful code into the platform.
• Making transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraudulent means.

Any of the above violations will result in the immediate closure of the account, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

09bbt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information at the time of registration.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Suspicious financial activity is observed.
• The user themselves submits a self-exclusion request.
• In accordance with directions from a court or government authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned after verification; however, any bonus funds will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

09bbt will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or by a third party.
• A game remaining incomplete due to internet connection issues, power outages or device failure.
• Account information falling into the hands of a third party, where there has been negligence on the part of the user.
• Any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform or maintenance downtime.
• Incorrect display of a game due to a technical error — the server log is final.
• Disruption to service caused by a special circumstance or unforeseen event.

09bbt's total liability will in no case exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit in relation to the matter concerned.

Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is one of our primary priorities. In this regard:

• Personal information provided during registration and transactions is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• Your information will never be sold or transferred to third parties — except in response to a lawful demand from an investigating authority.

Responsible Gaming
