To ensure responsible gaming, we provide a range of effective tools and features that help you manage your own gaming habits.
The core principle of responsible gaming on our platform is that gaming should never take priority over other important areas of your life. Family, work, health, and financial stability are always more important than gaming. 09bbt's responsible gaming policy helps you maintain the right balance.
⚠️ Important: 09bbt is only for players aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing on this platform. We follow a rigorous age verification process.
Gaming problems can affect people of any age, profession, or income level. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a health issue that can be addressed with the right support. If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties because of gaming, contact us immediately. Our 24/7 support team is always ready to help you in Bengali.
Our Protection Tools and Features
To ensure responsible gaming, 09bbt provides multiple effective tools, all completely free of charge.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour wait. This tool helps you stay within your budget. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
Set a Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. When the time is up, the system will automatically send you a warning. Excessive time spent gaming can disrupt your daily life, so following a time limit is very important.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can take an immediate time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period, it will not be possible to log in to your account. Taking a break is a sensible decision when it comes to responsible gaming.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is going beyond your control, you can activate a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Options range from a minimum of 6 months up to a permanent self-exclusion. Your account cannot be reactivated while this is in effect.
Minor Protection
We follow a strict age verification process and do not allow any minor to create an account on the platform. Using child-protection software in a family setting is recommended. No one under the age of 21 may use 09bbt.

Tips for Responsible Gaming
The first step in responsible gaming is setting a budget. Decide in advance how much you can spend on entertainment each week or month, and stay within that limit. 09bbt's deposit limit tool makes this straightforward. Remember, you should not rely on gaming as a source of income — it is an entertainment activity.
Time management is equally important. Before you start playing, decide how long you will play and take breaks within that time. Sitting in front of a screen for a long stretch at a time is harmful to both physical and mental health. Use our time-out feature for regular breaks.
Keep an eye on your mental state. Avoid gaming when you are angry, frustrated, lonely, or stressed. In these states, your ability to make decisions is reduced and the risk of overspending increases. Spend time with family and friends, get some exercise, and keep gaming as a small part of your life.
Finally, remember that responsible gaming is an ongoing process. Review your own habits regularly and seek help from the 09bbt support team when needed. We are here for you — we are committed to making sure that entertainment always remains a positive experience.
